Once again we managed to find a beautiful 1601 Rolex Datejust, this iconic Rolex remains in all original conditions and is fitted with one of the nicest and cleanest pie-pan dials. At close-up the dial shows the grainy lines of the sunflair finish Rolex is known for, but once on the wrist that soft sunflair finish can’t be seen and the dial appears smooth and even. The 18k white gold hour-markers are machined in such a way that it appears as if there’s a black line running down the middle, but in reality these are reflections from the watch’s surroundings, in reality, all the indices are ‘just’ white gold. Another excellent example of (vintage) Rolex engineering!

The dial colour can best be described as a slightly warm and creamy, silver tone. The hard colour of the white gold hands emphasizes the warmth of the dial even more, but can best be seen in person (Please note that our photo-studio lights whitens the dial a bit, in real life she’s warmer). Also notice the fat Tritium dots at the end of the white gold indices, these are nice and perfect and all accounted for. The entire dial is free from damages and looks absolutely stunning! The case on this 1601 Rolex Datejust is nice and clean with fat lugs and a strong 18k white gold fluted bezel. This Datejust is fitted to the original 62510H Jubilee bracelet with 555 end-links from 1976 which also remains in a good condition with a clean folding clasp and sharp Rolex coronet.

We’d like to invite you to our showroom so you can view this beautiful Rolex in person. As always, this vintage 1601 Datejust was fully serviced according the Rolex specs and will be sold with a 12 month warranty.
