16013 Datejust B&P

We are very much delighted to offer you guys this first owner, 16013 Rolex Datejust from 1985 with boxes and paperwork. The gentleman who bought this watch, a former business man from The Netherlands, frequently visited Switzerland back in the 1980’s. During one of those visits his flight back home was delayed and he decided to do some shopping at Geneva Airport, ultimately ending up treating himself to one of the most iconic Rolex watches ever manufactured, the Two-Tone Datejust!

Despite being worn every day for the past 35 years, the original owner enjoyed a bit of a loose fit around the wrist so the full length bracelet still remains in an excellent condition. There is absolutely no wear and tear from the steel links against those golden center links, stretch is also minimal. The case, bezel and dial all remain in beautiful condition and shape. The 18k yellow golden indices and hands offer a wonderful contrast against the spotless Silver dial and serve up a dish of warmth when hit by the sun. All paperwork accompanying this watch is fully completed, including AD stickers and internal codes, as well as the mention of the original bracelet on the punched papers. This now vintage Datejust was carefully worn and truly treated as a proud business watch. After 35 years in international business this 16013 Datejust will now make a great addition to any demanding vintage Rolex collector.

This Rolex Datejust was fully serviced by our watchmakers according the strict Rolex factory specs, and will be delivered with our 24 month warranty.
