1603 DATEJUST-EXCELLENT CONDITION

We’re happy to offer you guys this extremely well conditioned 1603 Datejust from 1976. The silver pie-pan dial fitted inside this Datejust features one of the best vintage style indices and is truly a spotless and crisp dial. The colour is best described as silver with a hint of champagne, in daylight the colour is silver, but once indoors and depending on the light-source and angle, the champagne tone comes to the surface, something that is also visible in some of the photo’s above.

The case on this 1603 is nice and strong with four equal, well shaped lugs and a well conditioned and original, engine turned bezel. The 62510 Jubilee bracelet remains in a good condition with a solid clasp with clearly visible, Rolex coronet. Those fat, white gold brushed indices and their subtle polished facets on the top and bottom compliment the dial very well. This classic Datejust also has that wonderful, slightly slimmer Serif font on the dial I personally love so much, you might not notice it the first time, but compare this font to an 80’s or ’90’s Datejust dial and you will see exactly what I mean, devil is in the details! She is accompanied by the inner and outer boxes along with spare parts from a previous service, including our WWH service rapport for the current service we executed a few weeks ago.

As mentioned, this stunning 1603 Datejust was fully serviced by our watchmakers and will be delivered with a 12 month warranty, including our WWH service rapport including parts replaced and spare links to the Jubilee bracelet.
