16030 ‘Silver Sunburst’ Datejust

We’re happy to once again offer you guys a beautiful vintage Rolex Datejust. This 16030 reference from 1987 remains in a well preserved condition with a beautiful silver Sunburst dial, which will have you smiling all summer long, and beyond.

The Sunburst lines emerging from the center of the dial, together with that wonderful vintage dial paint, make up this awesome dial color best described as off-silver, as most of the times (mainly in sunlight) a warmer tone of silver can be perceived. The case on this 16030 Datejust is nice and strong with four equally shaped lugs, and a strong Engine Turned bezel. The latter shows minimal traces of wear and original characteristics (please look beyond the little black lines at the bottom of the bezel, this is polishing-paste stuck within the grooves of the Engine Turned design; we noticed this after photography, but it’s cleaned in the meantime). The watch is worn on its original 62510 solid Jubilee bracelet with 555 end-links, which does show some stretch, but nothing too shocking for a bracelet this age (it will last you another 30+ years) And last but not least; please notice that super clean dial; no damages, no moist or dried-up water spots. And to top it off, a warm eggshell color for the Tritium dots, as well as the original date-wheel still in place with its wonderful vintage font of open 6 and 9 numerals. The hands are also filled with Tritium, but as you can see these show a lighter tone when compared to the dots. All in all, this is a killer timepiece radiating elegant and sporty vibes, not to mention that these lighter dials can be perfectly combined with a array of beautiful leather straps.

As you are used to by now, this 16030 ‘Silver Sunburst’ Datejust was fully serviced and will be sold with our extensive two year warranty.
