ROLEX DATEJUST ANTHRACITE

This all steel, reference 1600 Datejust we are offering here has a beautiful grey dial with bright white printing and white gold hour-markers. All hour-markers are stick indexes with a sleek white line down the middle which turned to a warmer creamy tone. Besides these lines, all Tritium dots turned a charming cream colour and are all in one piece and accounted for, same goes for the Tritium in the hands (details matter!) The creamy lines on the indexes offer a nice contrast and great readability. The dial colour here is gorgeous and pretty rare, we feel it’s best described as an anthracite grey colour, it shows dark and lighter shades of grey, and even some hints of green at times, depending on the angle and light source. Most 1600 Datejust watches we’re fitted with silver dials, so this grey beauty with white printed Serif fonts is really something else!

The original date-wheel features the so-called open 6’s and 9’s and the grey pie-pan dial itself is in a great condition (without scratches and/or traces of water or moist damage). This Datejust is still fitted on it’s original folded 6251 Jubilee bracelet, which is at full length, and in a great condition. The clasp has a clean and fat Rolex coronet – Not much polishing done here! As the true color of this pie-pan dial is hard to capture with studio lighting, we would like to invite you for an espresso so you can view this beauty with your own two eyes.

The entire watch was fully serviced according to the Rolex specifications and will be sold with a twelve month warranty.
